The whole procedure was excellent again, which is why we use you when we go away. The chap on the phone when we were departing was polite, efficient and helpful. When we arrived at the Terminal, your man was there to collect our car. He was also extremely helpful, aiding my wife to get the suitcases and my wheelchair out of the car. And he wished us a nice holiday. Again on arrival back into the UK, the contact phone call was very clear and precise. And sure enough, when we got out of the terminal, your Man and our car were there waiting. Again, your man was very polite and efficient. In this world where most people like moaning, I think it's important that good service is recognised, and that is what you provide - a good service. So well done! "Thank you and I am pleased to give our feedback for the parking services provided from the morning of Monday, 2nd February to the evening of Thursday, 5th February 2015. Thanks to good directions the well-located site was easy to find, the vehicle was registered quickly and efficiently and we were taken promptly to the terminal. On our return, we telephoned for our pick up and the courtesy vehicle arrived at about the same time as we reached the pick up point which, again, was conveniently located. On arrival at the depot our vehicle was waiting for us with the engine running, warm inside and, with lights on, ready to go. In a couple of minutes we were on our way.
