Terms and Conditions of Our Loyalty Scheme

Welcome to our Airport Parking Club. The following rules are applicable to all members, who sign up to our loyalty scheme

  • 1. Registration for Existing Customers
    • Each person who has already made a meet and greet booking with us directly will be entitled to join our loyalty scheme.*
    • Only meet and greet bookings at Gatwick or Stansted qualify you to join our scheme
    • Park and Ride customers cannot join the scheme and their bookings do not count towards a free park
    • If you are an existing member, who has received your card but have always made your bookings via the phone, you will need to create an online account. Use the 'Register Your Account on Line' button on the left to register your online account, using your normal email address.Then go to 'My Account' located in the top left hand corner where you to be able to insert your unique membership number.
    • Once you have registered your number, each booking made from then on via our website, will count towards your free park.
    • 2. Registration for New Customers
    • A loyalty card will be posted to you after you have created an online account and made your first meet and greet booking (park and ride bookings do not count)
    • One booking must be made for either Gatwick and Stansted meet and greet before you will be able to receive your card
    • Once you receive your loyalty card, you must register it. There will be a unique membership number printed on it. Click here, sign in to your account and then insert your number in the membership no.box supplied and click update.
    • *The loyalty scheme is not available to those who hold a Corporate account with I Love meet and greet or to our discounted closed user groups or customers who only book park and ride
  • 3. Bookings
    • All meet and greet bookings must be direct via this website
    • Discount codes can still be applied to all bookings and these bookings will count towards your free park.
    • The system will automatically allocate your free park on your 6th meet and greet booking. The counter will then reset and you will get another free park on the next 6th meet and greet booking
    • Only one booking can be made for one departure date to qualify. Multiple bookings for the same departure date, made under the same membership number do not count.
    • Corporate account holders cannot apply to be members of the loyalty scheme
  • 3. Conditions
    • All bookings made as part of the scheme are subject to availability and prices can vary.
    • Please ensure you enter the correct number on your membership card - bookings cannot be applied retrospectively to the scheme.
    • All bookings made prior to registration do not count towards the scheme
  • 4. E mail Disclaimer

I would like to thank the lovely staff for the excellent and prompt service your company offer. We booked our car in for 3 days at Gatwick airport. I left our booking until the last minute so it was too late book online, which I was happy about. I was very happy that the kind lady booked me in over the phone, nice to speak to someone, and thank you for the very efficient and timely staff who collected and returned our car.
Please pass on this message to the lovely young guy to picked up our car on Sunday 17th Nov am,and to the man who brought us back our car this afternoon at 4.25pm, and to the drivers that collect them after.
