Gatwick Airport’s Forecourt Access Charge Increase

From today, the cost of dropping off passengers directly outside Gatwick Airport terminals has risen, with the standard forecourt access charge increasing to £7. The rise, announced earlier this year by Gatwick Airport, is part of the airport’s wider plans to invest in sustainable transport and support improvements to terminal infrastructure.
I Love Meet and Greet, a leading valet parking provider at Gatwick, is reminding customers of this change and continues to manage these rising costs with transparency and efficiency.
Gatwick Airport has stated that the additional revenue will be used to help fund ongoing terminal upgrades and to support initiatives that encourage more passengers and staff to travel by public transport – part of its long-term environmental and congestion-reduction goals.
Sarah Anglim, Founder and Managing Director of I Love Meet and Greet, commented:
"We want to ensure our customers are fully aware that Gatwick’s forecourt charges have gone up from today. These charges are set by the airport and apply to all operators using the terminal forecourts. At I Love Meet and Greet, we include these fees clearly within our pricing or as a separate, itemised charge depending on the booking. This allows us to maintain the high level of service our customers expect while staying fully compliant with airport regulations."
I Love Meet and Greet offers convenient forecourt drop-off and pick-up services at both Gatwick terminals. The company continues to monitor airport pricing structures and government regulations closely to ensure a smooth and reliable parking experience for all travellers.
