3. Transferred to Key Cupboards

• Your keys are taken to high-security key storage cupboards at our onsite secure car park.
• These cupboards are locked, alarmed, and only accessible by authorised staff.
• This assures your keys stay safe until your return.

4. Car Is Not Held by Household Insurance

• Please note your personal car insurance doesn’t cover the period your vehicle is parked with us.
• However, we hold fully comprehensive driver insurance and operate  licensed sites, which are police‑vetted.

5. Removal of Other Keys

• To protect your privacy and security, our team removes all other keys or valuables attached to your keyring.
• Only the single key fob needed to operate your vehicle is stored in our cupboard.

• Your vehicle is then driven to our secure site featuring CCTV, fencing, lighting, and 24/7 staff patrols .

  Not with valet. We need them to move your car safely. Opt for self‑parking if you prefer to retain them

  We track flights and remain flexible. Simply call us when you land—we’ll have your keys and car ready.
• What if damage occurs?
