Launch of I Love P&D
As the UK’s favourite meet and greet airport parking operator I Love meet and greet is always looking to innovate and enhance their product range.
“Whilst the basics of polite, punctual service delivered by professional drivers are still the same as they were back in 1984, when I first started, “explains Sarah Anglim, founder and managing director of I Love meet and greet, “we believe it is important to explore new products.”
One highly successful new product is I Love’s Park and Deliver – a hybrid service which gives anyone who not tried meet and greet parking a taste of this service. Customers drive to the I Love car park where they are signed in at reception and helped with their bags into the minibus transfer to their chosen terminal. On their return their car is delivered back to them on the forecourt, just as it would be for a returning meet and greet customer.
Sarah adds: “We introduced this product to give airport travellers who usually use a park and ride service, an opportunity to experience the benefits of our much-loved meet and greet service. It has been very well received and we have seen an influx of new customers upgrading from usual park and ride choice.”
