"I was the idiot who managed to go to Stansted on Friday for an Easyjet flight to Morocco on Friday, only to find it was in fact from Gatwick. So I had to re-collect my car immediately and drive to Gatwick. Your team at both airports were fantastic. Without me asking, your Stansted team rang your team at Gatwick who met us as we arrived. We rushed but, in the event, event missed the flight and we had to take a later flight on another flight. Rather than debate the reason for the error I was very pleased that you immediately concentrated on changing the booking and informing me that you would meet me at the Terminal as usual in order that I could catch my flight. I am a regular customer who uses your services every week and as someone who works in a customer led business myself it is always pleasing to receive great customer service. "I’ve used your service before through the British Sailing Team, which you very kindly sponsor, and have found it to be great every time, but I just wanted to say how impressed we were with the service by your team at Gatwick on Saturday night/Sunday morning when we returned from holiday. Like many other people, we were affected by flight delays due to the air traffic control issues over the weekend, resulting in significant delays to our flight home from Morocco. Even when we landed at 3am on Sunday morning, some 4.5 hours later than planned and at the wrong terminal, your staff were there to greet us with their usual politeness and efficiency for which we were extremely grateful at that time of day and after such a long journey!!
