Rewarding loyalty at the airport
At I Love Meet and Greet we have just recently launched our new loyalty scheme, the ‘Airport Parking Club'. After seeing many high street brands successfully introduce loyalty rewards, we felt it was time that we showed our customers just how much we care by giving them something back!
The Airport Parking Club, exclusive to our I Love Meet and Greet customers, offers a free valet park from either Gatwick or Stansted when 5 valet parks are bought previously.
Although we are the only valet parking companies that offer a rewards scheme, within Gatwick airport there are lots of other companies who are also rewarding their customer’s loyalty. Whether you’re a regular coffee buyer or cosmetic crazy there are plenty of places where you can start earning rewards across the airport.
For all of those who start/end their travelling with a nice cup of coffee/tea, both Costa Coffee and Café Nero run loyalty schemes. For every £1 spent in store, Costa rewards their customers with five points, with each point being worth a penny. If you’re a regular customer, the points will add up in no time and you’ll soon be able to spend your rewards on anything from free coffee to cake! At Café Nero you can also get free coffee by collecting stamps on every visit!
For anyone that tends to buy all of their toiletries and sun cream at the airport, you’ll be pleased to know that Boots’ advantage card can be used at Gatwick! For every £1 spent in store you will receive 4 points. Each point is then worth a penny, which might not sound much but you’ll be surprised at just how much they add up on those big essential holiday shops.
If you were hoping to earn loyalty points whilst grabbing a bite to eat, you’re in luck! Pret a Manger have a ‘Pret Card’ which offers a quick and easy way of payment, as well as great offers. You also have the opportunity of joining Jamie Italian’s Gold Club which will entitle you to complimentary tasters, birthday presents, as well as lots of other rewards.
As proved by us here at I Love Meet and Greet, the rewards don’t just start within the airport itself. Many of the airport hotels are also showing their appreciation to their customers by giving something back. The Courtyard London Gatwick Airport hotel, which is only a 10-minute walk to the South Terminal, offers many rewards to all customers that are Marriott Reward’s members. Travellers staying at Copthorne Hotel also have the option of joining the M&C Loyalty Club, which entitles members to earn complimentary stays and exclusive privileges.
