I Love meet and greet, the airport parking specialist and the UK highest reviewed operator on Facebook, has agreed to sponsor Ben Saxton’s Nacra team for 2 years. Sarah Anglim, founder and managing director of I Love meet and greet, explains: “Sailing is one of the most exciting sports to sponsor and a foiling Nacra is one of the most thrilling boats to see in action. We wanted to continue our association with sailing, having been an official supplier to the British Sailing Team for the past four years, so when the opportunity to sponsor Ben’s team arrived, we were extremely keen to get onboard.”
The Nacra 17 is a performance catamaran used for sailing. It was designed in 2011, went into production in 2012 and has been the focus of multihull sailing at the Olympic Games since its conception. The Nacra has been converted to a sailing hydrofoil for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and uses a curved daggerboard to provide vertical lift, raising the 17 foot catamaran completely out of the water.
