Heathrow Airport Terminal Directions:

Remove the stress of travelling and ensure you understand where you must go and which terminal you’ll be departing/returning from. Read our directions to Heathrow terminals 2, 3, 4, and 5 below.

Heathrow Terminal 2 Directions

Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3 are located near one another at the heart of the airport site. Exit the M4 at junction 4, or the M25 at junction 15, and simply follow the signs to Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3. The designated area for meet and greet collection and return is located in the short stay car park signposted off airport meet and greet operators.

Heathrow Terminal 3 Directions

The meet and greet collection point is in the short stay car park. All you have to do is take a ticket and drive up the ramp to level 3. Keep following the road all the way round to rows A and B at the car park’s far end. You can then leave your car in one of the off airport meet and greet parking bays opposite the lifts.

Avoid parking in the disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays. Lock your car and hand your keys over to the representative who’ll be waiting at his desk in the lift area near the payment machine. Your car will be delivered back to you at the same location; it’s as easy as that!

Heathrow Terminal 4 Directions

Located in the short stay car park just outside the terminal building, it’s easy to reach Heathrow’s meet and greet for terminal 4. Simply drive up the ramp and keep the right, passing through the entrance barrier. Go down the ramp, exiting at level 2 and drive straight to the end of the level. Turn right, following the exit signs.

Park your vehicle in one of the off airport meet and greet parking bays opposite the lifts in row A. Avoid parking in the disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays. Lock your car and hand over your keys and parking ticket to the representative who will be waiting at their desk near the lift area. Your car will be returned to the same area upon your arrival back in Heathrow.

Heathrow Terminal 5 Directions

For Heathrow Terminal 5, simply follow signs to Terminal 5 departures, drive up the ramp, keep in the right-hand lane and turn to the right into the entrance for short stay and passenger pick up. Keep going under the height restriction barrier, stay on the left and follow the sign for short stay level 4.

Follow the arrows on the road to row R and S, and park in one of the off airport meet and greet parking bays facing opposite the lifts. Avoid parking in disabled, Brown Badge or Unpaid ticket bays. Lock your car and leave the keys and ticket with the parking representative who will be ready and waiting at their desk in the lift area near the payment machine.
